A rotary screw air compressor is a positive displacement compression machine that includes a pair of matching helical screws. There are two types of rotary screw air compressors: oil-free or dry screw and oil-injected screw air compressors.

Our product line includes 75-630 kW direct driven oil free rotary screw air compressor models that include a long-life direct drive, high efficiency and a robust TEFC electric motor. They handle inlet volume flows up to 5,100 m3/h and discharge pressures up to 10 barg. The standard quiet enclosure is designed to reduce the noise levels to get below 85 dB (A).
We offer Oil-injected and oil free screw compressors in Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) configuration for reduced power consumption and making it extremely energy-efficient. The VFD series is a high performance variable speed rotary screw air compressor package that can be used in a wide range of applications.
The oil free and oil-flooded rotary screw air compressor line is designed to provide reliable and durable machine in the most challenging applications.
Air cooled configuration is available for both oil-injected and oil free screw compressors on request.
An oil-injected or oil-flooded screw air compressor includes a lubricant (oil) that fills the gap between the screws, which creates an air-tight hydraulic seal and transfers mechanical energy between the two helical screws. The air moves through the threads as the screws rotate, and the meshing screws force the air through the compressor. The most common oil-injected rotary screw compressor is the single stage helical oil-injected screw compressor. These compressors consist of two helical screws within a casing where the rotors compress the air internally when the screws rotate. These units are basically oil cooled (with air cooled or water cooled oil coolers) where the oil seals the internal clearances.
Our oil-injected screw compressors have capacity and pressure capabilities between those of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors. They handle inlet volume flows up to 4,200 m3/h and discharge pressures up to 13 barg. The standard quiet enclosure is designed to reduce the noise levels to get below 85 dB (A).
